Having a background over many years of managing projects, which entailed traditional & digital marketing, web design & event management, I have the skills and understanding of projects from a range of perspectives. I can take a project from developing a brief based on discovery to ensuring delivery of requirements through to implementation and ongoing monitoring of key objectives and business goals.
My process-driven approach combined with the ability to communicate clearly enables me to engage on all levels within an organisation from frontline to executive level. I have extensive administration experience (sales, events, operations) adding value to the success of the project.
